This course is a 4-hour Live Class offered in both English and Spanish for Residential and Commercial Contractors. This class includes a 1hr workshop where Contractors identify their risk exposures to build their custom Safety Program.

Have you ever wondered where the rules come from? Have you ever wondered am I responsible for that sub-contractor? Have you ever wondered Why is did that compliance officer show up? Then this is the workshop for you.

Students who successfully complete Safety 101 will learn the Oregon OSHA regulations and requirements for contractors. They will also gain knowledge in the General Duty Clause and Stute vs PMBC (better known as the Stute Decision). This class includes a 1hr workshop where Contractors identify their risk exposures to build their custom Safety Program.
