Respiratory protection is one of the most important pieces of PPE worn on HAZWOPER sites, and respirator selection is a complex but vital aspect of protecting workers. This course is the sixth in a series of modules designed to meet the annual 8-hour refresher requirements for HAZWOPER general site workers. After completing this course, learners should be able to identify the various types of respiratory protection and the requirements and considerations for respirator choice and service. This course is presented in English and Spanish.
