Many chemicals pose invisible hazards and offer no warning properties. Protective clothing must be worn whenever the wearer faces potential hazards arising from chemical exposure. This course is the fifth in a series of modules designed to meet the annual 8-hour refresher requirements for HAZWOPER general site workers. After completing this course, learners should be able to identify types and levels of protective clothing and their requirements and considerations, as well as procedures for donning and doffing PPE.
